Building Blocks is now an Adopt-A-Highway sponsor!
Alhamdulillah, We were able to secure a 1.5 mile section of Hwy 136 (Silver Lake Road) as an Adopt-A-Highway location for Building Blocks. Having this spot in St. Anthony is not only a great opportunity to earn the pleasure of Allah by cleaning up our community, it’s also a chance for dawah.
Neighbors will see the Building Blocks of Islam name and might wonder who we are; let’s show them we are caring citizens who value community service.
Join us for our first Spring Cleanup on Saturday, May 12. About 15-20 volunteers from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to help clean up trash and debris from this 1.5 mile stretch of roadway. Supplies and refreshments will be provided.
